Individuals and Couples
Individual Core Energetics sessions focus on healing your specific concerns and issues. As you learn to see your authentic self more clearly, you will be able to be more present in your other relationships. Couples sessions help you to see what unconscious behaviors are brought to the relationship and how they get in the way of living in mutual respect.
Many people wonder how therapy can help them. There are many advantages. Maybe you want to find new solutions to old problems, become clearer on your life goals, get another perspective on your relationships, or develop better communication skills. Sometimes it is a relief just to be heard. There are many benefits to therapy. What you get out of it is what you are willing to put into it. Setting a direction in the beginning helps you get the most out the experience, and don’t be surprised if the direction changes as you move through the process.
Sessions may include the following as mutually decided ahead of time by the participant and the practitioner :
Breath Work – involves exercises which expand the chest muscles and bring more air into our lungs. Chronic stress tenses the body, repressing the ability to breath and feel vital and energetic.
Body Movements – include voice, music, dance, clapping, kicking, stretching and anything else that increases circulation. Large or small, body movements connect us with our energy and allow us to feel good physically and mentally.
Reiki – is a healing modality through which one creates a deeper connection with self by replacing negative energies with positive energies. Reiki work increases relaxation and reduces pain held in the body.
Hypnotherapy – decreases troubling behavior through relaxation, visualization and post hypnotic suggestions which replace the unhealthy emotional responses with healthy positive responses.
